TAG: How much is my Saturday night face worth?

Today's SBBC challenge is encouraging me to talk about my most expensive piece of makeup, but instead of talking about my most expensive piece of makeup, I am going to use the opportunity instead to take part in a fun tag which I first spotted on Makeup by Lauren Marie if you haven't read that post yet, check it out here. Basically you just add up the cost of a face of makeup- or the cost of how much it takes to apply a full face of makeup. I am almost afraid to tot this up because I think it will scare me senseless but I am going to justify any figure by cost per use and make myself feel better. Just sayin'!

The products above are fairly typical of a Saturday night face for me, and even though I do not wear the same makeup every Saturday night, it pretty much always involves some version of a smoky eye and a pink lip. I do tend to mix higher end products with drugstore or highstreet items so this would be an accurate reflexion of the balance.

Make Up Forever HD Primer- €30.50

Estee Lauder Double Wear (I am choosing not to include the price of the pump!)- €32.59

Maybelline Fit Me Concealer- €8.99

Yves St. Laurent Touche Eclat- €35.50

Catrice Allround Concealer Palette- €3.99

MAC Studio Fix Powder- €31.00

Chanel Soleil Tan de Chanel- €38.50

MAC Soft and Gentle Highlighter- €28

NARS Blush in Deep Throat- €30.00

Maybelline Color Tattoo in Immortal Charcoal- €7.49

Bobbi Brown Gel Eyeliner- €22.00

Urban Decay Smoked Eyeshadow Palette- €40.00

Soap & Glory Lid Stuff Eye Palette in Smokey Dokey- €14.50

Urban Decay Supercurl Curling Mascara- €22.00

ELF False Lashes in Natural Black- €1.70

Nuxe Reve de Miel Lip Balm- €11.50

NYC Expert Last Lip Color in Blue Rose- €2.99

Total cost of my Saturday night comes in at:

€361.25

Well that has me well and truly depressed to think that just one of my looks costs over €360 to create if I had to go to the stores/go online to pick out products now. That seems like such a big number, and in my head I didn't think it would be much over the €200 mark!

So with my head held low, I tag ye all to do this and just see how much buckaroonies your face costs you!
